Sec. XVIII (mid-19th century Mattioli) The wine cellar of Villa Ariis is located on the roadside, adjacent to the villa. The plan layout of the “foledôr”, with an orthogonal development to the road, was originally composed of a rectangular plan that developed over two floors. Several decades ago, a fire damaged the building, altering its type, particularly the part adjacent to the garden which was completely destroyed. 

Subsequently, the building was restored and brought to its current form. 

The most interesting part is the main facade on the roadside, where a wall with stones, skillfully placed, makes this corner of the village one of its most interesting points. The rural environment is characterized by two round arch portals with alternating rustication in the arch and jambs resting on plinths-bollards. 

Currently, it is the headquarters of an important wine company since 1867, specializing in the production of DOC Aquileia wines; here it is possible to taste excellent local food and wine products and hold small events throughout the year.
