Built in the locality of Zancan, it has a portal dated 1505 and signed by Giovanni Antonio Pilacorte: on the jambs and the architrave runs a long row of eighteen heads of winged cherubs. 

In the lunette, in high relief, the Madonna nursing. Inside the church, the left altar, made of wood, contains an altarpiece with the Madonna and Child between Saint Francis of Assisi and Saint John the Baptist.
