Located in a former theater currently renovated. The museum reconstructs through documents, letters, photographs, writings, objects, the stages traveled over time by chefs from Alto Livenza and the life in the restaurants where they worked. The reconstruction offers an overview of the growth and prestige gained over many years of professionalism, creating a sort of "brand of origin" linked to our Alto Livenza land. The exhibition is also accompanied by technical elements such as ancient recipes, typical dishes, meals cooked during celebratory and social evenings, often expressions of skill and creativity. Displayed are the objects with which the chefs worked within their kitchens, along with period and modern publications, in order to offer a tool for comparison between past and present.
