⭐ The DINNER FOR UNESCO Returns
Palmanova celebrates in Piazza Grande seven years of World Heritage. At 11 PM, a luminous “message of peace”
On Friday, July 5, at 8:30 PM, Palmanova gathers in Piazza Grande for the third edition of the Dinner for UNESCO, a free event open to everyone, organized by the Municipal Administration to celebrate the anniversary of the seven years since the star-shaped city became a World Heritage Site.
The dinner will be self-managed regarding food, drinks, plates, and glasses, which can be brought from home or purchased at local bars and restaurants. Tables and chairs, however, will be ready (only by reservation) starting from 7:30 PM. It is recommended to bring a decoration, accessory, or item of clothing in maroon red, to remember the symbol of the star-shaped city.
👉🏻 The event, which will also be attended by numerous cultural associations, is completely free, but requires mandatory reservation of tables and seats by sending an email containing the name, number of participants, and contact phone number of a reference person to the address: comunicazione@comune.palmanova.ud.it.
Accompanying the banquet will be music with DJ sets and animations by local entities. Starting at 11 PM, a Flash Mob is planned in the Piazza, to compose a message of peace (all participants will be asked to bring a flashlight or use the flash on their phones).
