Many of the buildings in Gradisca incorporate earlier houses. This also holds true for the cathedral, dedicated to the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul, featuring a beautiful Baroque façade. The cathedral was created following significant structural redevelopment and incorporates the chapel of St Anne, decorated with elegant stuccos dating to the late-17th century. The chapel, also known as Torriana as the noble family going by this name partook in religious celebrations here, houses the monumental sepulchre of Nicolò II della Torre.
