A throwback to medieval times in the form of a historical re-enactment takes place every second weekend of September. Stroll through the medieval streets and squares where old artisan craft shops come alive again, knights challenge each other with swords, peasants dance the traditional “saltarello”, and local taverns offer sweet-and-sour dishes from centuries-old culinary tradition.
