A fitting tribute to sacred art
Since 2002, the abbey hall has hosted an exhibition of contemporary sacred art, which over 15 years has featured more than 100 artists and over 450 works displayed. The event was born from the idea of a man of goodwill, great artistic talent, and equally great charisma: maestro Claudio Mario Feruglio.
The generosity of many artists, coming from all over Italy, Europe, and the Far East, has allowed the establishment of the first nucleus of a regional museum of sacred art, which includes more than 60 works and can be visited by appointment in the exhibition hall of the Barchessa Piccola of the Centro Culturale Burovich, in piazza Barbo, immediately adjacent to the Abbey.

The museum headquarters
The "Barchessa Piccola" is a building that is part of the larger "Centro Culturale Burovich", which owes its name to the Dalmatian family that lived there until the mid-1900s.
The main building previously belonged to Giovanni Corner, the last commendatory abbot of Sesto al Reghena, and in May 1797, the municipality of Sesto was established at the urging of the French army.
